TMwTW is unfortunately not freely available (you can look), I had to pay about $5 to become a Subsim member for a few months to download it. In addition, I also have about 30 GB of period music and radio stations with time and date correct news and radio dramas. It's most of the improvements and enhancements of TM but you can still see updated contacts on the map and the difficulty is toned down a bit, maybe not to stock level but much easier than regular TM. Surfing around I found info about Trigger Maru on Training Wheels mod. But he likes the game too difficult for my taste.
